Workshop Lead Engineer (Newcastle) – Working closely with the Workshop Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and being actively involved in jobs within the workshop
• Ensuring on time delivery of jobs to required specifications
• Effective work planning within the workshop including allocation of engineers
• Assist in improving working practices

The following skills/experience is essential:

• High level of knowledge and experience of diesel engines
• Previous supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and commitment
